History

Established on August 13, 1999 in Jakarta under the name “PT Panca Global Securities” based on the Deed of Establishment of a Limited Liability Company under the name “PT Panca Global Securities”, drawn up by Fathiah Helmi S.H., Notary in Jakarta.

 

On March 31, 2000, the Company obtained a business license as a Broker-Dealer from the Capital Market Supervisory Agency. In December 2002 the Company obtained a business license as an Investment Manager from the Capital Market Supervisory Agency. On September 12, 2005 the Company obtained a license as an Underwriter from the Capital Market Supervisory Agency, which is currently known as the Financial Services Authority.

 

Subsequently, in connection with the Public Offering conducted by the Company, its name changed to PT Panca Global Securities Tbk, in accordance with Deed No. 26 dated August 30, 2004.

 

On March 6, 2018 the Company has changed its name and main business activity, namely PT Panca Global Securities Tbk to PT Panca Global Kapital Tbk, which is engaged in Holding Company activities.
